At the Century 21 International Convention in Orlando we met a person who is a specialist in something we wanted to know: What does an Argentine need to invest in Miami?
Marco Rangel Borbolla works for Century 21 in Florida, in the Miami Palm Beach area, all the way to Orlando. He is none other than the Area's international business specialist director. He is originally from Mexico City, and has family and friends in Argentina, which led him to specialize especially in Latin America.
Marco: “What does an Argentine need to come and buy an apartment in Miami?
Well, in particular what is needed is obviously to have the money, and it is most advisable that the funds are here in the United States, but apart from that not much else is needed, it is not even necessary to be present in the country, because the transaction can even be done remotely, the entire process can be done and even the signature, via electronic signature (...)”
The possibilities for profit are many: buying without traveling, paying half of the property financed over 30 years, renting part of the year and enjoying the other part. And even right now in Miami, investment projects are being generated that multiply the capital in a very short time.
